The Council of the Township of Wainfleet passed municipal-wide development charges By-law No. 025-2021 on the 27th day of July, 2021 under section 2(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997 c.27, as amended.

Public Meeting
On Tuesday, July 13, 2021, the Council of the Township of Wainfleet will hold a public meeting, pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the municipality’s proposed development charges (D.C.) by-law and underlying background study.

With vaccination supplies increasing, Niagara Region Public Health has plans ready to deliver vaccine on a large scale to protect the Niagara community as soon as vaccine has arrived.
Niagara is following the Province of Ontario's three-phase vaccination distribution plan.
At this time, in Phase I, there is no sign-up or waiting list. The COVID-19 vaccine will be distributed to populations of highest priority based on vaccine supply.
